At Home Work Outs
Hi everyone! My name is Lindsey Latts and I am one of the co-founders of Unify Louisville. Besides running Unify Louisville with Elia, I also have a lifestyle blog called Livin' With Lindsey. Recently, I wrote a post that highlighted all of the various at home workout options for while you are in quarantine.
Everyone should be attempting to integrate working out into their quarantine routines. Sitting at home all day, most people have no way to let out excess energy. Working out, even for just 30 minutes a day, can help you feel more awake and benefits your overall health. When staying sedentary for long periods of time, your muscles and body begin to weaken. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends everyone gets 150 minutes of moderate physical activity and 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity each week.
With that said, below are some of my favorites! Many have a free trial, but I will include both free and paid workouts.
